Teamwork makes the dreamwork

I’ve been talking with a few fellow business owners lately, and I realized how much I miss being part of a team. I love collaborating - bouncing ideas around, solving problems together, that creative back-and-forth that makes the work better (and more fun).

That cup gets refilled every time I take on a new branding client. For a little while, we become a team. Getting into the nitty gritty of what makes their brand tick, and building something that actually works for their business. I get to wear all the hats: designer, strategist, project manager, part-time therapist.

I don't think I realized this detail of why I love this. I get to be a lil temporary team member 🤗
