The truth: I don’t love selling myself.

Woooooooo wee. Aren't we all tired? General fatigue seems to be sweeping across a lot of us; certainly online. (Because the internet is weird, but here we are.)

I’ve been avoiding something in my biz that exhaustion makes it hard to show up for.

Not the work itself  ❤️ Not the clients ❤️ But what I truly do not love is the selling myself part. The reaching out, the self-promotion. It's very hard to not feel like I'm giving “look at me” energy.

The truth is I’m tired. And selling myself has never been my favorite. It feels noisy. It feels like one more task in an already crowded day. But OBVIOUSLY I need to do it.

So if you’ve ever found yourself ducking the spotlight, know you’re not alone. I’m right there with you, figuring out how to show up in a way that feels less forced and more true ← which is something I try to bake into my brand strategy as best I can.

Another reminder for our collaborative fatigue…

Be kind. Be kind. Be kind.
