It’s time I take my own advice about boundaries.

Lately, I’ve been head down in a stream of smaller projects. Not part of the grand business vision I mapped out, but somehow, they keep showing up, and I keep saying yes.

I know better. I teach better. I could chew an ear off on why saying yes to every bite-sized project is a fast track to burnout and blurry boundaries. They chip away at the structure I’ve worked hard to build. And yet, here I am, mid-summer, trying to keep pace.

“Scaling” might feel like it should mean more. More clients. More offers. More hustle. But what I already know is that it actually means less. Less clutter, less compromise, more clarity. It’s time I take my own advice about boundaries.

I’ve built this business around my strengths, my values, and the life I’m trying to create. One with structure, spaciousness, and meaningful work. (Also: helping other businesses do the same.)

I always say your brand should ladder up to both your business and life goals. So this is your friendly reminder (and mine): design your brand around the life you actually want. Here's to me trying to walk the talk a little better!
